Action comedy sequel directed by Stanley Tong. Jackie Chan returns in this third outing for his Hong Kong supercop Chan Ka-Kui - this time trying to crack down on a gang of drug dealers in mainland China. As usual his girlfriend May Maggie Cheung gets involved, not always in the most helpful manner, but help is at hand with Inspector Yang Chien-Hua Michelle Yeoh saving Chan from a variety of tricky situations, including a finale featuring a speeding train, a motorbike and a helicopter.
